Graham Pretty

Graham joined the band several years ago when we first recorded our tape, "The Bursledon Village Band". He plays the Anglo Concertina and has been heavily involved in the local Morris side, "King John's Morris" from Southampton. In the past he was also one quarter of a harmony singing group performing in local folk clubs and occasionally on BBC radio Solent.

The smiley face above is not typical, Graham takes playing very seriously and when he's playing in the band his expression would indicate someone in near agony. As long as he doesn't scream we don't mind.

In real life Graham is semi-retired and a mature student studying American History or something like that. He also turns out some mean artwork and designed the CD cover for "Straight From The Fingers".
